I just checked my bank account on line and see that my check for the P'tree Road Race has been cashed...That means I am difinately Running the Race on July 4th...

I pretty much figured I was before since I got my entry mailed in early on Saturday but you never know what could happen...I don't like taking those type of things for granted... How Good does this feel? ALL RIGHT!!!

You inspire me! My 50th birthday is next week. This weekend I am doing Simply Stu's Worldwide Triathlon and I'm going to register for a Mothers' Day 10k. I ran a few races way back when, but never a 10k. I'm excited for you on getting into the Peachtree. You go girl!

Joan..it's a 10K but has a reputation of being a really tough run due to the amount of people running it (5 thousand) and one killer hill half way thro...It will definately be a challenge for me.
